We are a group of United States Citizens that seek the useful and purposeful fulfillment of the constitution written and given to us by our forefathers. We intend to do so through the intentional written and spoken word from all those that are represented by all elected officials at all levels. We will use our power as consumers of the media to engage the media against those who are currently working against us; and to endorse those who are working for us.

While there are lots of meetups for lovers of poetry, information about where and when one can speak to an audience is widely dispersed and often difficult to track down. TPOM's goal is to create and maintain a regular schedule of poetry open mics where poets and poetry lovers can read their own work or that of a writer that inspires them. There is no cost to join and even if you don't want to read, TPOM invites you to join and be an audience member.
